This Privacy Policy explains how Reeeally, LLC ("Reeeally," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our websites, apps, browser extensions, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy and our Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Scope
This Policy covers personal information we process when you:
- visit or use the Service,
- create an account or make purchases,
- connect a third-party account (e.g., Google),
- interact with our support or marketing.
It does not cover third-party websites or services linked from the Service.
3. Information we collect
A. Information you provide
Account data(name, email, password or SSO identifier, country/region, role).
Profile & settings(preferences, cookie choices, consent status).
Content you submit(addresses or locations you type, filters, property notes, uploaded files).
Billing data(purchases, invoices, tax info) processed by our payment processor.
Support communications(emails, in-product messages, feedback).
B. Information we collect automatically
Usage & device data(pages and features used, searches performed, timestamps; device/browser type, OS, language, IP address, approximate location derived from IP).
Cookies & similar tech(see Section 11).
Log data(requests, errors, performance metrics).
C. Information from third parties
Google sign-in / OAuth(your basic profile and email; we do not receive your password).
Google Maps/Placespredictions and geocoding results when you use autocomplete.
Listing/market datasetsfrom providers (where applicable).
Use of data obtained through Google APIs will adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories unless you choose to provide them; please avoid submitting sensitive personal data in prompts or uploads.
Children's data.The Service is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
4. How we use information
We process personal information to:
- Provide the Service (search, autocomplete, analytics, scoring, account management).
- Improve and develop features (quality, safety, troubleshooting, testing).
- Personalize content and remember preferences.
- Communicate (service notices, security alerts, updates, marketing where permitted).
- Protect the Service and users (fraud detection, abuse prevention, rate-limiting).
- Comply with law, enforce Terms, and respond to lawful requests.
AI & model improvement
- We do not use your prompts, uploads, or outputs to train our proprietary models by default.
- We may use aggregated and de-identified usage statistics to improve reliability and safety.
- If we ever offer an opt-in to contribute data for model training, it will be clearly presented and revocable.
5. Legal bases (EEA/UK/CH)
Where GDPR/UK GDPR/Swiss law applies, we process your data on these bases: Contract (to provide the Service), Legitimate Interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention), Consent (cookies/marketing/optional features), Legal Obligation (tax, accounting), and Vital/Public Interest only where required by law.
6. Sharing your information
We do not sell personal information. We share only as described:
- Service providers(cloud hosting, analytics, payments, email, customer support) under contracts requiring confidentiality and data protection.
- Integration partners(e.g., Google Maps/Places) when you use those features.
- Business transfers(merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets).
- Legal(to comply with law, protect rights, safety, or the Service).
If we engage new subprocessors that handle personal data, we will update documentation or in-product notices.
7. International transfers
We operate primarily in the United States. When transferring data internationally we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and technical/organizational measures.
8. Data retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
- Account data:for your account's lifetime; certain records (billing/tax) up to 7 years.
- Logs & security data:typically 12–18 months.
- Support tickets:up to 3 years.
We may retain de-identified data for analytics and safety.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (e.g., encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, least-privilege policies, monitoring). No system is 100% secure; please use strong, unique passwords and enable SSO where available.
10. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time.
Submit requests via privacy@reeeally.comor in-product controls; we will verify your identity. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying "Appeal" to our decision. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the email footer. Service emails (e.g., security, receipts) are required.
California privacy (CPRA)
California residents have rights to know/access, delete, correct, opt-out of sale or sharing, limit use of sensitive PI, and non-discrimination.
- Categories collected:Identifiers (name, email, IP), commercial info (purchases), internet activity (usage logs), geolocation from IP, inferences (feature interests), and user content you submit.
- Purposes:provide and secure the Service, analytics, marketing (with consent), compliance.
- Sale/Share:We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data for "cross-context behavioral advertising" (e.g., analytics/ads cookies) only if you enable Marketing Cookies. You can opt out any time via Manage Cookies.
11. Cookies & similar technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service.
- Strictly Necessary (always active)— security, session, load balancing.
- Analytics— usage measurement and diagnostics.
- Marketing Performance— only if you opt in.
Manage preferences at any time via Manage Cookies in the footer. Your choices are stored in a cookie/local storage and honored across sessions in the same browser.
12. Third-party sign-in & Google APIs
When you sign in with Google, we receive minimal profile data to create or authenticate your account. We do not access your Gmail contents. Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
13. Payments
Purchases are processed by our payment processor (which may receive your payment method and billing address). We store transaction records and usage history to operate the Service and provide billing support.
14. Links & third-party sites
Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please review their policies.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy. We will post changes with a new "Effective date" and provide additional notice for material updates. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
