PRIVACY POLICY

1. WHO WE ARE; SCOPE

1.1 This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how Reeeally, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Reeeally," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use reeeally.com, our applications, browser extensions, APIs, and related services (the "Service"), and when you interact with our marketing, support, webinars, or communities. It also explains how we handle information about properties and about people who are not our users (Section 5).

1.2 Reeeally is the controller of the personal information described in this Policy. Our team operates from Israel; see Sections 11 and 12.

1.3 This Policy is part of ourTerms of Service. It does not cover third-party websites, services, or providers that are linked from or integrated with the Service; they have their own privacy policies.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information you provide.

(a) Account data: name, email address, password or single sign-on identifier, country or region, role (for example, investor or agent), and your organization if you use a team or brokerage plan.

(b) Content you submit: addresses and locations you search, filters and saved searches, favorites, notes, uploaded files, prompts, and details you enter to generate documents (for example, your name, entity, and offer terms in an offer letter).

(c) Billing data: subscription and purchase records, invoices, and tax information. Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe; we do not receive or store full card numbers.

(d) Communications: emails, in-product messages, support requests, feedback, survey answers, and webinar or community registrations, including a phone number if you give us one (for example, for WhatsApp updates).

2.2 Information we collect automatically.

(a) Usage data: pages and features used, searches performed, properties viewed, documents generated, clicks, timestamps, and referral source.

(b) Device and connection data: browser and device type, operating system, language, IP address, and approximate location derived from IP address.

(c) Log and diagnostic data: requests, errors, performance metrics, and security events.

(d) Cookies and similar technologies, described in Section 8.

2.3 Information from third parties.

(a) Sign-in providers: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address (Apple may provide a private relay address), and an account identifier. We do not receive your password, and we do not access your Gmail, Drive, or other Google content. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

(b) Google Maps Platform: address autocomplete, geocoding, and map results when you search. Google may collect information about your use of these features under the Google Privacy Policy (google.com/policies/privacy), which is incorporated by reference.

(c) Property and market data providers: property, parcel, valuation, rental, listing, and market data used to generate Outputs (see Section 5).

(d) Payment processor: transaction confirmations and fraud signals from Stripe.

(e) Organizations and partners: if your access is provided by an employer, brokerage, community, or partner program, or you reach us through a referral link or webinar host, we may receive your name, email address, and the referral source.

2.4 Sensitive information. We do not ask for, and do not knowingly collect, sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or precise geolocation. Please do not include it in prompts, notes, or uploads.

2.5 Children. The Service is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to:

(a) provide, operate, and secure the Service, including search, analysis, document generation, account management, and billing;

(b) generate Outputs for you, which involves processing the content you submit with our software and with the third-party AI, mapping, and data providers described in Section 4;

(c) improve and develop the Service, including troubleshooting, testing, research, and analytics;

(d) personalize your experience and remember your preferences;

(e) communicate with you about the Service, including transactional messages, security alerts, and changes to our terms;

(f) send marketing communications where the law permits and, where the law requires, with your consent (Section 9);

(g) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents, and enforce our Terms of Service;

(h) comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and

(i) fulfill any other purpose we describe when we collect the information, or with your consent.

AI and model training. We do not use your prompts, uploads, notes, or Outputs to train our own machine-learning models unless you opt in. We may use aggregated or de-identified usage statistics that do not identify you to improve accuracy, reliability, and safety.

Automated decisions. Outputs are analyses of properties and markets. We do not use your personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell personal information and do not disclose it in exchange for money. We share personal information only as follows:

(a) Service providers acting on our behalf: cloud hosting and storage; AI model providers that process the content you submit in order to generate Outputs; mapping and geocoding (Google Maps Platform); property, parcel, valuation, and rental data providers that receive the addresses you search; analytics and product-usage tools; email and messaging delivery; payment processing (Stripe); customer support; and security. These providers may use personal information only to provide services to us, under contracts that restrict their use of it.

(b) Third-party providers you choose: if you request a service through the Service (for example, an inspection, title, lending, or property-management service), we share the details needed to fulfill your request with that provider, which handles them under its own privacy policy.

(c) Organization accounts: if your access is provided through an organization, its administrators can see your name, email address, seat status, and usage summaries, and may manage your account.

(d) Business transfers: a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our assets, in which case personal information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

(e) Legal, safety, and rights: to comply with law, legal process, or government requests; to enforce our Terms of Service; and to protect the rights, property, or safety of Reeeally, our users, or others.

(f) At your direction or with your consent, including documents you choose to send to sellers, agents, or others, and testimonials we publish with your permission.

(g) Aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify you.

5. INFORMATION ABOUT PROPERTIES AND PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT USERS

5.1 To analyze properties, the Service compiles information from public records (for example, county assessor and recorder records, parcel data, and census and other government datasets), from real estate listing and market sources, and from licensed data providers. This information may include the names and mailing addresses of property owners, and the names and business contact details of listing agents and other professionals, as they appear in those sources.

5.2 We use this information only to provide property research and analysis to our users and to generate documents at their request. We do not sell it, we do not use it to make decisions about the individuals concerned, and we do not provide consumer reports under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

5.3 If you are a property owner, agent, or other person whose information appears in the Service and you want it removed or corrected, emailprivacy@reeeally.com with the property address and the information at issue. We will respond as applicable law requires and apply reasonable measures to honor removal requests within the Service. Information that comes from public records or third-party sources may remain available from those sources and may reappear if they supply it again.

6. DATA RETENTION

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, and then delete or de-identify it. Typical periods: account data, content, and documents you generate, for the life of your account; billing and tax records, up to 7 years; logs and security data, 12 to 18 months; support communications, up to 3 years. After you delete your account we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period, typically 90 days, except for information we must keep for legal, tax, security, or dispute purposes and for copies in routine backups that are overwritten on a schedule.

7. SECURITY

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls and least-privilege policies, logging and monitoring, and vendor due diligence. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires. Use a strong, unique password or single sign-on, and tell us promptly atprivacy@reeeally.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

8. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

8.1 What we use. We use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies for: (a) strictly necessary purposes, such as authentication, sessions, security, load balancing, and remembering your preferences; (b) analytics and product-usage measurement; and (c) advertising measurement and marketing performance, where we use them. Third parties that provide analytics or advertising technologies may collect information about your use of the Service over time and across other websites under their own policies.

8.2 Your choices. Where the Service offers a cookie preference control, you can turn optional cookies on or off there. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which may affect some features. Where the law requires, we obtain your consent before setting optional cookies, and we treat Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out of sale or sharing. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals, for which there is no common standard.

9. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

9.1 Service messages. We send transactional and service messages, such as receipts, security alerts, and changes to our terms. You cannot opt out of these while you have an account.

9.2 Marketing. We may send marketing emails, newsletters, and messages about features, webinars, and offers. Where the law requires, including in Israel, we do so only with your consent. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailingprivacy@reeeally.com. Messages through WhatsApp, SMS, or similar channels require your prior consent, and you may opt out by replying as instructed in the message.

9.3 Direct mailing. If we use personal information to target marketing to you based on your characteristics, you have the right to be removed from that list at any time by contacting us.

10. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES

10.1 Rights. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy in a portable format; correct inaccurate information; delete your information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; opt out of marketing; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising, where applicable; and not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

10.2 How to exercise them. Emailprivacy@reeeally.com or use the controls in your account, where you can update your profile and delete your account. We will verify your identity, which may require you to confirm the email address on your account, and we will respond within the time the applicable law requires. You may authorize an agent to make a request on your behalf, subject to verification. If we deny a request, you may appeal by replying "Appeal" to our response. If you remain unsatisfied, you may contact your local data protection or consumer protection authority.

10.3 California and other U.S. states. If a state privacy law such as the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to you, you have the rights listed above, including the right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect, their sources, our purposes, and the categories of third parties we share them with, as described in Sections 2 to 4. In the last 12 months we have collected these categories: identifiers; customer records (name, contact, and billing information); commercial information (purchases and usage); internet and network activity; approximate location derived from IP address; inferences about your feature interests; and content you submit. We do not sell personal information. We may "share" limited identifiers with advertising and analytics platforms through cookies where you allow them, and you can opt out as described in Section 8. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit its use.

10.4 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland.Where the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or Swiss law applies, our legal bases are: performance of a contract (providing the Service); legitimate interests (security, product improvement, fraud prevention, and business-to-business marketing), balanced against your rights; consent (optional cookies, marketing, and optional features); and legal obligation (tax, accounting, and responding to lawful requests). You may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10.5 Israel. See Section 12.

11. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Reeeally is a U.S. company with team members located in Israel. Personal information is stored and processed in the United States and may be accessed from Israel and from other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on measures such as adequacy decisions (the European Commission recognizes Israel as providing adequate protection), Standard Contractual Clauses, and similar mechanisms, together with technical and organizational safeguards.

12. ISRAEL

This Section applies if you are in Israel or if the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, otherwise applies to our processing of your information.

(a) Providing personal information is voluntary; you are under no legal obligation to provide it. If you choose not to provide information needed to operate an account or a subscription, we may be unable to provide the Service or parts of it.

(b) We collect information for the purposes described in Section 3 and provide it to the recipients described in Section 4 for those purposes.

(c) You have the right to inspect the information we hold about you and to request that inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information be corrected or deleted, subject to law. Requests:privacy@reeeally.com.

(d) You may at any time ask to be removed from any list used for direct mailing, as described in Section 9.

(e) Reeeally, LLC is the controller of the database; contact details are in Section 1. If we appoint a privacy protection officer, we will publish their contact details.

(f) You may submit complaints to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.

13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, give notice by email or in-product notice before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means the revised Policy applies.
